More Than A Pretty Blossom –Based on the “Bloom Where You’re Planted” cliché, Shonda expands on what it means to bloom. The blossom contains the seed; the seed is the Word of God. We’re meant to be more than just a pretty blossom, we’re to spread the gospel message where we’re planted. This can be divided into a four-part teaching series.
Rooted in the Root — Jesus is the Root. When we are rooted in the Root of Jesus Christ, no one or nothing can pluck us from the Root. This message can be shared in one hour or divided into two one hour sessions for in depth study.
Are You Ready for the Midnight Cry? — Based on the parable in Matthew 25, this two part teaching lays the Hebraic foundation of the Jewish wedding customs. It further explains how Jesus is the groom and the body of Christ is the bride. As the bride, we’re to be ready. Based on scripture, Shonda explains how is the bride to ready herself for her groom.
The Triumphal Procession – Believers today follow in the triumph of Christ. We do not fight for victory, but we fight from a position of victory. In this presentation Shonda shares how we have victory in Jesus.
Pray Like This. . .Powerful and Effective Prayers – This is a five-part session that can be broken into segments for conferences or retreats. Sessions are as follows:

From Wild Grace: Experiencing Your Spiritual Splendor Bible Study
Wild Name – In this chapter of the Bible Study based on Hosea 1, Shonda explains the significance of understanding the meaning of biblical names. God knows our name and calls us to follow Him.
Wild Pursuits – From this chapter based on Hosea 2, Shonda shares how Christ loves us even when we pursue our own wild desires. By God’s wild grace, He will block our reckless passions to draw us closer to Him. He uses our valley of trouble for a door of hope.
Wild Ransom – Shonda shares how God pursues us and paid the ransom for us. Because of His sacrifice for us even though we do not deserve it, we respond by choosing to live a holy life for Him because we are redeemed.
Our Grace Walk – Throughout Scriptures we find cycles, or seasons. Our lives are filled with various seasons in our walk with God. In this session, Shonda shares about the seasons we have as God takes us through the cleansing of sin, correction, consequences, and the change that brings restoration.

Grace in Understanding the Personalities
General Session – In this one hour session introductory session, Shonda explains the four personality types, teaches what visible clues to use to understand and identify personality types, and helps you understand your primary and secondary personality type.
Second General Session – In this one hour session, Shonda explains in depth the strengths and weaknesses of each personality type, the emotional needs of each personality, and unhealthy blends as a result of life experiences.
Specialized Personality Sessions
Grace in My Marriage – In this session, Shonda helps spouses understand their mates personality type, takes them through methods on how to effectively communicate with that personality, and how to complete not compete with one another.
Grace with Our Children – In this session, Shonda helps parents identify their child’s personality types, identify ways to best nurture, discipline, and motivate their child, gain joy and confidence in parenting, and bring peace into the home.
Grace in the Workplace – Shonda helps those in the workforce to minimize conflicts on the job by understanding the personality traits. Decreasing personnel discord increases productivity in the workplace. Shonda also will guide you to determine which personalities make the best teams, notice the natural roles, adapt communication styles based on personality languages, and assess how your personality affects those around you.
Grace in the Church – The body of Christ is made up of many parts with different roles. Shonda explains in this session how each personality trait generally views God and how they are wired to function within the body. She will also help you identify what roles are more effective for various personality traits to serve within the church body to minimize conflict.
